Our USDA inspected meat processing facility is located just outside of Carlisle, Kentucky. We are centrally located to serve producers and families throughout Kentucky and in Ohio, Indiana, West Virginia, and Tennessee.

In addition to our beef processing services for producers and families, our own Kentucky Proud beef is raised locally, butchered onsite and is available for purchase at our retail store.
